Followers Module Quota Config

Using Jamroom

Ok - Thanks :) From you code above, now we can control the "Follow" button.
--
Now, how to use the same technique to hide the "Followers" menu tab button ?
Where can we find the "Followers" menu tab button code, which template?

Followers Module Quota Config

Using Jamroom

Hi - Trying to config the Followers module per quota.
Some quotas / profiles we want to enable followers, others we want to disable followers.
Do not see any option to achieve this. Are we missing something?

Audio Cover Image Size

Using Jamroom

@michael : I guess since our profile examples are private, I will put in a private ticket with samples.

It would be helpful, to ensure a way for these images to always look good, even in 4x3 ration, especially for novice users.

- could the image could be "cropped" when uploaded?
- or simply, the suggested dimensions be displayed when uploaded : "Image Size should be 256 x 256px"

Without any guide to image sizes, this seems to make JR harder a bit harder to use than it should be.

Delete Inactive Users

Using Jamroom

If we Delete Inactive Users - does that delete their old Chat History, Private Notes, or Tracker History?

Audio Cover Image Size

Using Jamroom

By "Look Good" - we simply mean, the image does not get cropped incorrectly. The images look fine in some places, then in other views, get cropped or "cut off". Novice users have no way of knowing what suggested image size should be - 256x256 pixels? or 512x800 pixels?

It may be helpful, when uploading these images, to have some text near the upload, that suggest a pixel size and dimensions, to ensure image will not get "cut off" or cropped when show in lists, or the various views that JR shows the image in...

Audio Cover Image Size

Using Jamroom

Hi - Actually these are private profiles, so I may need to put in a private support ticket on this.
Before we submit ticket, maybe this question could help:

Is there a recommended size of Profile Avatar images, and Audio / Video cover images that you recommend? Is there a particular size of image that will for sure look good / correct in all views of JR including in lists?

What are the correct dimensions / size / type to upload for Audio Cover Image?
How to make sure these images look good on all views?

Tracker Video Files

Using Jamroom

@michael - Attaching a video onto tracker comment works well, except it seems to force a download first before you can watch the video.
--
Is there any way to use embed code to "play" the video directly inside a tracker comment?
For Example, in a tracker comment, we tried this code:
jrEmbed module="jrVideo" id="6"
But it does not show the video, it just shows the raw embed code?

Tracker Video Files

Using Jamroom

Quote: It got written to the cache directory with the name of the form submit key, then when that form was cleared by successfully submitting it the cache was deleted.

Just checked on that profile, only 1 video got uploaded, the other attempts failed.
However for that profile - disk_usage_report = 4 videos (should only show 1)
Also it reports more used disk space than the 1 video requires

We ran integrity check, but how can we make sure and delete all TEMP Video Cache?

Tracker Video Files

Using Jamroom

Now testing tracker with Video files, have questions:

#1 - Attempted upload video into a tracker task, seemed to upload then failed, file type not allow. We understand now, but QUESTION: What happened to the TEMP Video that failed? We need to make sure that failed upload TEMP Video was deleted, and not using our disk space.

#2 - Seems maybe easier NOT to upload Video into Tracker directly? Should we just upload Video into the parent profile, then embed into Tracker? How to embed existing profile video in Tracker task?
