I'll be sticking with Jamroom's chat program now. Thank you for the response, even though it is too late..
However I do hope this experience will enable Cometchat to improve their customer support system for the future, in ways that will give your customers more responsive service. That would mean more customers deciding to renew with CC instead of going elsewhere. Clearly you need to put into place some improvements.
