Can group owners add a document to one of their group's pages? If so, how?

Hmm.... I don't see "Attach" in the comment area on the group page.The other issue with this is that this group on our site has a lot of technical documents that they provide their group members and they have added them as they became available. They want to be able to organize and re-arrange their docs as they move forward... just trying to think of creative ways to use JR to let them do that. I'm going to have to think on this one a while...

One of my groups has a number of pages that were added when we were on Ning. When we migrated, we managed to get most the pages attached to the right groups. Those pages included documents that were embedded in them... We haven't tested all of those yet, but the ones we spot-checked seem to be working. People are able to access those documents.

So how do group owners add a document to one of their group's pages? Is it possible to do that? We could only find a way to embed an image or a video, but not a document.

So I'm being told that the weird members are a result of profiles/users being delete but basically leaving a ghost in the groups (my word, not JR's). I think that they are going to do something to fix that. I asked if I can just go ahead and delete them from the group without any issues, but haven't heard back on that question yet.

Can someone remind me how to change the signup questions for new accounts? Also, is there a way to make any of the questions mandatory, so they must answer them before moving on?

We only have four group - two private and two public - and I've found about eight weird members - no names on them at all, just a @ sign. When I click on one of them, it takes me to our main page. I'm afraid to leave them alone and I'm afraid to delete them.

I'm having some the same problems... And our members of our private group aren't able to "view all" of the discussions in their group - they get a weird message. I've submitted a ticket so I will fill you in when I find out what happened.

Found it and it looks really cool. I'm going to test it out shortly.

I've got another question related to groups: a member of a private group clicked on the "View all" for discusions in the group and got this message: """ by @ is a private Group!" (the error message does start with two quotes, I did not do that on accident).

Why would she have a problem viewing all? I don't have any problems seeing all the discussions when I click on View all.
