I think I just figured out what's happening... does it maybe take a while before the images all update? I've noticed that the older profiles have the new default profile image... maybe I'm just need to be a bit more patient.

I've tried resetting the image cache. I actually added our default profile image in a couple of places before I figured out what was going on So here are the places I remember changing it:

1. ACP>Image core>images
2. ACP>Profiles>images

I also noticed that when I search for a member profile, it will sometimes show up in the search with a question mark and for other profiles it shows up as the new image. (see attached screenshot)

I still haven't seen the font family in the HTML editor when I set up or modify widgets.... Can that be added? Should I suggest that somewhere?

thanks for your help... I tried that... it's changes the profile images on the individual profile pages but not on the page where all our members are listed in a grid.... I'm sure I'm probably missing one little thing but I can't figure out what that might be...

How do I change the default image for our members listed on the profiles page? I've managed to change the default on the individual members' pages, but it's not showing up on this page... we seem to be stuck with question marks...

Never mind... I think I figured it out...she needs to load the images right into the newsletter, not on her profile page.... is that right?

Ah, there's a good idea... Let me think about that.... there are some things that we want the master admin to post but that doesn't mean we can't switch that around a bit...

Our master admin (who sends out the newsletters) has been uploading images for the newsletter. it turns out that these are showing up in our photo gallery (along with all the photos our members post).

Is there any way to keep those images from showing up in the gallery?
