Hi! I just have a quick question. Is there a module I can install that allows people to shares blogs, events, etc.... On other social media? I don't want a live feed or anything; I just need the share option.

I have a member who is trying to reset her password. She clicked on Forgot Password and enters her email address, but she never receives an email. She has checked her spam folder as well. Any suggestions!

Interesting thoughts, Strumelia... I know we've had some very good blogs added, and we're trying to get people who are good writers to post some of their stuff there. But it may be an idea to disable blogs for a while until they get into the habit of posting in the forum.... I'll need to run this idea past our stewardship team for the site.... But thankfully JR provides us with the ability to tweak this however we want to. I love that!

Just to share an update with you all... One of my colleagues is currently working on downloading a .csv file for all the members of the two sites in question and then look for how many people might have profiles on both sites. I'll let you all know where we are with that as soon as she gets around to doing that...

I first went to this site: https://translate.google.com/manager/website/ and entered my URL. Followed directions until I got the code.
Then I was able to take the code and paste into a box that was on the main page of my Ning site but which was in an area that showed up on every page.
A member could switch the language on the main page and when they navigate to other pages, it's automatically in that new language. The Google translate box showed up on every page so if they want to switch languages on a different page, they could do that when they got there.
Does that make sense?

Groups: notifying or emailing group members
Using Jamroom
I've been testing this out on my groups and it looks like the default for notifications of group updates is actually off for my groups. In other words, it appears that the only way someone gets notified of an update to the group discussion is if they actively click on the button that appears by the discussions (see screenshot).
Is there any way to set the default so that they automatically get an update when a discussion is added or updated?
