This seems like it would help with scaling but not high availability as multiple servers would rely on the same file system.

However, if we are just talking about scaling, yes, if you can provide any details on configuring JR on multiple servers with the same file system. Specifically, any special configuration that needs to be done to JR as well as any other server/db requirements.

As for the S3 module, I'd be happy to have my devs look over what you have. It might serve as the foundation and have them build it out. Any information you can provide as to why audio and video adds is more difficult would be helpful.

Can you provide any roadmap updates as to what is planned in upcoming releases?

Specifically, earlier this year you mentioned the possibility of supporting s3 might be ready in June. It's October and wanted to see if that is still planned and when we might see it.

Also, is there any planned support for HA or clustering? We were told this would happen once a customer needed it. I can't imagine how long it might take to develop this "when someone needs it", however, I don't want to be the customer who can't handle the load and have no ability to scale. I know you don't think that is a likely scenario, but my JR is heavily customized and I don't think your performance estimates will apply.

Uploding files on IOS

When I try to upload audio files using an IOS browser, I am only given the option to upload photos or videos; I cannot browse for a sound file. Android lets you upload any file.

Is this an iOS limitation, or is there a different upload control that can be used to allow someone to select a different file on iOS?

Worker queues

Is there any documentation on how the worker cues work?

Specifically, I would like to break out the media processing (conversion, as well as other processes I'm adding) to a separate cluster of servers. I would like the server cluster to check the cue for pending jobs (new media files) and execute them. Can I use the current queue for that?

Linking power user profiles to new user accounts.

I have a power user profile for labels who can create profiles for artists. If an artist creates an account later, how can they link the account to an existing profile rather than create a new profile?

Also, How can an existing user give access to various labels (power users) to administer content on his profile?

Disable audio sample

Ok. While you're at it, it would be much better if we could let the user
A. upload custom sample
B. Specify the start and end time to create a clip from the whole song.

Error creating new entry

When i try to create a new song, i am getting an error in activity log. Media is not able to be displayed.

The strange part is, although the media is created by one user (in this case artist four), the url listed is for a totally different media asset of a different user.

Disable audio sample

Is there a way to disable the audio sample? I want to create a lower bitrate mp3 of the full song as the audio sample.
