Trying to update the cloud skin but it says I have no license, even though I purchased the cloud bundle. I think it's maybe because I got the bundle when it was still in beta

With acp, you can't update your modules if your core is behind. So I recently updated the core from 5.2.37 to 5.2.41. It took us a while, and we didn't get to update the other modules before 5.3 beta came out. I don't want to install the beta yet. How can I update the other modules without updating the core to a beta release?

Just downloaded again. File sizes the same. File compare the same. Replace file again anyway. Still same problem.
I will wait for Sudhir to come back online. Maybe he can provide additinal information from earlier debugging efforts. This is beyond my paygrade.

Well, what changes were made to router php in the last 3-4 releases? Did something change in the jrCore_init() function?

That's impossible to know. If I disable it, I'll never see other people's systems.
. However, I have had it happen to me once or twice before when i did not have the recorder running and it resolved when I cleared the cache.

This is the third time we tried to update. First time through marketplace, Second and third manual upload through ftp. Each time taking substantial time to roll back.

We are also getting seeing error in apache error log

Something that might be helpful, if it's not doing so already, if have the cache automatically cleared before an update is made. a big part of the problem is, when you have a problem, you can no longer access the acp to do integrity check, clear cache, etc...

I've enabled a session recorder in my production environment. I have noticed some users on occasion do not load the proper skin. The resulting skin is a disaster and the experience falls apart. Actually, I can't tell if its not loading the skin or just the css file. What could be causing this? Could they be getting a bad cache file?
I have not see any consistent pattern of device, browser or OS. But I saw one user who tried the site on 4 differenct browser/device combinations and all failed except for one page. After signing in, it went goofy again. On one occasion, it looked like they were signed in with access to the ACP!!! I'm concerned there is some caching issue.
A bit concerned and confused and looking for ideas.
