FoxyCart - Add to Cart "This product could not be added because it does not contain an expires property"

Has anyone ran into "This product could not be added because it does not contain an expires property" when adding a product to foxycart? I believe i have it set up correctly, shipping says OK, set to flatrate, default category, settings + advanced etc.
Can't quite figure out how to get foxy cart to not think its a perishable good. Thanks!
