Multiple Sub-domain Access to One JR Database?

Using Jamroom

I definitely want to stick with JRhosting. What would it take to make this possible? Preferably as sub-domains, video.my-jr-site.com.

Multiple Sub-domain Access to One JR Database?

Using Jamroom

For example: would I just need to complete the full path name for each js in the skins include.php?

Currently, I am getting a 500 error with making only the change to the config file.

Otherwise, it sounds like it would work if instead, I uploaded the core files to different directories:

https://myawesomejrsite.com/our-videos/
https://myawesomejrsite.com/our-music/

Am I understanding this correctly?

**UPDATE**

tried, https://myawesomejrsite.com/our-videos/ (not literally ;) )
still getting a 500 error - could it be an htaccess issue?

Multiple Sub-domain Access to One JR Database?

Using Jamroom

Is it possible (maybe using a wildcard) for sub-domains to access the same JR database?

As we continue to grow, one skin seems insufficient to present the wide variety of offerings from a JR community website. It would be awesome to be able to offer to members (plus have the SEO flexibility of) themed sub-domains for example:
videos.myawesomejrsite.com
social.myawesomejrsite.com
music.myawesomejrsite.com
podcasts.myawesomejrsite.com
photos.myawesomejrsite.com

What do you think? Is it possible?

Sitewide Calendar and Events

Design and Skin Customization

I have figured out how to display only certain events from one profile_quote_id on the Main Site Events List page, but I can't figure out how to do the same thing for the calendar.

Anyone else know if this is possible?

What is the quickest way of updating my FollowMe clone with all of the newest FollowMe updates?

Specifically I am wondering about the updated files for the following:

- Change: Video Player templates updated to use new default mp4 files
- Bug Fix: Icon for PayPal button updated to use black so it shows up correctly
- Bug Fix: @mention button text from an admin user may not get placed into timeline update
- Bug Fix: Disqus comments not appearing on "comment" page for a Timeline entry
- Bug Fix: Profile Tweaks background image not showing
- Bug Fix: GuestBook not showing signs from users who dont have access to it in their own quota

FollowMe Sticky Menu on MS Edge

Design and Skin Customization

Problem: On MS Edge, when visiting a page using the minimal header is scrolled down and back back to the top, the sticky menu disappears.

The issue is connected to the style code that the js is writing into the
<section id="profile_menu"

When the page is scrolled completely back to the top the js is writing style="bottom: 0px; overflow: visible; position: absolute;"

This seems to only be the case on MS Edge. In FF the style returns to style="overflow: visible;"

In Edge, if the bottom: 0px; is removed the sticky menu looks fine.

Where is this piece of code so that it can be fixed?

FollowMe Sticky Menu

Design and Skin Customization

When the sticky menu "is-sticky" a script is adding style="top:70px;" into the
section id="profile_menu"

I need it to be top:76px to look correct with my header. How can I make this happen?

Thanks :)
