make sure you update BOTH versions of the Form Designer form.
There is a CREATE form and an UPDATE form.
You can switch between them using the drop down in the top right hand corner.

I tried, but it doesn't work. The same with the other default fields like profile_name.

I can´t make changes in the form designer, when I create a new field. I can create the field, but when I want to change label, sub label and help, it does not save the changes. All the other options in this form can changes.
