Hi,

I have created a menu with an associated .tpl.
When I click on the menu the page is displayed when I am logged in as Admin. When I logout from Admin and click on the created menu on the site, Jamroom displays the message NOT FOUND - the page you requested was not found.

How can I fix this?

It is only the font and loss of paragraphing that is lost, therefore when I cut and paste from crimson editor into a .tpl when the .tpl is displayed all the text on the page is one long string of text not set out in separate paragraphs as needed.

Thanks @brian - we have a VPS with a hosting company. Maybe it's just a case of increasing the RAM size on the server which may speed up the rendering of the site and pages therein?

Hi - I have installed Cometchat on the same server as Jamroom, which is now preventing (or so it seems) my jamroom site from rendering quickly. I have bought Private Notes from the Jamroom marketplace, can anyone recommend an alternative chat software to Cometchat that will work well with Jamroom?

Thanks @paul and @strumelia. I still can not remove the * * from around the menu header. I have run the integrity check numerous times, it keeps crashing so I ran all the integrity check separately - not the module check as this keeps timing out
Still no joy. Not sure where to go from here . Any other thoughts

hI @douglas - I have used the crimson editor, but the text still displays as one block of unformatted text in the .tpl file. How can I fix the loss of formatting?

Hi - when we copy and paste formatted text from say MS Word the formatting gets lost when we paste into a template in Jamroom, and displays as one long jumble of sentences.

Is there away to preserve the formatting in a template?
