PhotoPro keeps refreshing

Hi - having installed PhotoPro, it works fine on PC but keeps endlessly refreshing on iPads when user are logged in an trying to use the system. Would there be a fix for this

Thanks - I also managed to circumvent by marking the .tpl up with HTML code myself which fixed the issue

Hi - created a menu with a .tpl as a page. The page is displayed when I click on the menu in admin mode. When I log out of admin and try on the site, the error message Page not found shows up.
How could I fix this?
