After upgrading modules no player info

Using Jamroom

Yes, but prior to upgrading they were visible. It was what was in the cue in the acp marketplace system updates. I think there was something for all the skins

Hey! Is this an April fools thing??? :)

MAD©:
The controls are there and are just not visible. Click where you think the play control should be
It will play.
What did you update?
Looks like a css isue

After upgrading modules no player info

Using Jamroom

I'm not sure if this is on my end but everything was working well until the last module upgrade.

I did a upgrade last night though the Jamroom acp markplace menu in my jamroom.
I tried this on different computers and see the same thing.

The audio player shows but has no controls in it. This is in all skins From Nova to sage.

Here is an example

SteveX:
You are probably still seeing a cached version of the page, just like before.

Yep, Must be something with google chrome.

Steve,
Lifestream was working well. I did upgrade to my system modules Today. After with I lost my Lifestream data. The Link button and page are still there just nothing showing.

Reset cache and ran Integrity after upgrade. exclude_modules="jrAction is removed and the button works just no info?

Also verified twitter username and facebook ID still set.

Finally got it to go. For some reason the changes would not take affect when I made them in the ACP template editor. I made the changes to the file by using Winscp and editing them with its editor.

It works now.

Steve,

exclude_modules="jrAction" is removed from line 33 in the Nova skin profile_header.tpl.

Just not seeing it:

Cleared cache and ran integrity ck as well.

I can see it fine if I change skin to elastic.

Removing this has no effect: exclude_modules="jrAction"

Steve,

Looks like it works in the elastic skin. Not in Nova or Sage.

PayPal Module

Design and Skin Customization

That was it. The Artist had an email address set under account tab but did not also put their paypal payout email which is set up under the profile tab.

Thanks

Looks like it work great.

brian:
Make sure the paypal module is enabled in your quotas and the profile has entered a PayPal email address in their profile settings - the but now button will not show without it.

PayPal Module

Design and Skin Customization

Doug,

I want to use it so the artist can sell their songs and items directly not for subscriptions. The artist has a price of .99 cents on a song. They also have a payout address for their account.

Just not seeing buy it now button anywhere for the songs that are set to sell. With or without the foxycart be set.

The paypal module by itself is not showing a buy button for the artist songs.

Also, using the Nova skin.

Best Regards
Ed

douglas:
The PayPal module provided by us does not support subscriptions, it only supports selling physical items and the site owner is not involved with the purchase transaction.

If you want subscriptions you'll either have to use the FoxyCart module, or create a custom module to suite your needs.

Hope this helps,
Douglas

PayPal Module

Design and Skin Customization

When, the Foxycart modules are active it try's to use the cart. I do have the globals config with my foxycart info. I do not have a subscription at foxy cart. So it is set to sandbox.

I really just want to use paypal module. But with foxy disabled or enable I do not get a buy it button.

douglas:
You'll want to enable the FoxyCart module, you can do that by going to the info tab. Then you see a Global Config tab that you'll need to update with your FoxyCart info.

Hope this helps,
Douglas
