Has anyone seen this: "Privacy in Chrome"

Occasionally I get in my address bar: Not Secure| https://www.musicrush.com/user/login
And the following message in my browser. I have to reload the page several times to make it go away.
not sure what causes it but we have checked the site for hacks and found nothing.

Anyone see this before?

Doing updates and clearing cache Site crash

OK, got in and cleared the cache dir manually. Site came up after clearing main site theme: nova
Cleared cache again with site admin panel.
Finished installing mod updates and cleared cache again
Ran integrity check.
Site is running again.

Thanks, Brian. I'm also waiting for my password reset to the server. I'm not even going to mention my hosting provider anymore. Over the years I accepted I get what I pay for.

Will let you now what I find once I get in. Hopefully it is something simple. I also plan to clear the cache dir once I'm in. I can't remember exactly, but once before there was something I had to clear manually either it was from the site directory or the Database.

The logs should point the way.

Well, I was doing the latest updated to the mods. Went to clear cache now site broke. I seem to remember this happening before. Can not remember solution. I'm getting Old

Admin Password Reset

Paul, I was going to try your suggestion below on how to reset the admin password. I did find my jr_jruser_item table but do not see a 'user_email' entry, Has it been moved?

"Do you have access to your database (cPanel/phpMyAdmin)? If so, look at the jr_jruser_item_key table and the first set of entries (`_item_id` = 1) is admin. Look for the `user_email` entry and edit that to a working email address, then use the 'Forgot Password' button.

WOW, I didn't expect a reply so soon on New years eve. Probably a good thing it is early.

I put the code in the .htaccess file but no change. I sent an email to the host provider to see if the dns is setup correctly,
I just thought it was odd that the problem did not show up till after the last update.
It was running fine before.

Just did the update today. Nova skin updated to 1.5.6. Just noticed home page now hangs up on follow blocks: Top Artists, Top Songs. They show a small icon and Loading... text

The Featured Artists, Featured Songs and Featured Videos tabs do the same thing. But when I cycle the 3 tabs the data loads.

Everything was running till this last update. I also cleared cache and ran integrity check a few times. No change

Yes the literal wraps are there.

The ctrl+u helps allot. The code is not showing so I think it must be a cache issue. I cleared the cache several times. Must be missing something.

I'm going to try your suggestion to see if I'm in the right .tpl file again.

Mike, Thanks but I have inserted the code in all methods. That is, template editor, ftp, site builder. Still no show. Just plain strange.

Yes, they were overwritten. However, I reinserted the code. It just won't show up anymore. I have been doing this for awhile. This is the first time the code stopped working. The only change was this last update. I also made sure the code was in all previous versions.

I have tried clearing the cache several times. The code is in the same place in the updated as well as all previous versions.

Even cleared cache manually on server.

It's kind of weird. Not sure if it's a caching issue, but the same code that it in the same location in the index.tpl file stopped working.
