ISSUE from Last update 6.5.0

Using Jamroom

Went to my marketplace. Most modules are by jamroom. The following 3 below are not.
I can maneuver around in the admin screens. Most of the buttons work. That is. until you try to commit to a change. Like Update or Reset Selected Cache. It was working fine. The System Core Updated then nothing updates. Interesting issue.

Is there a way to change the Skin Manually? Just wondering if that may be a solution?

Using Jamroom

No fix. I'm, using JRsage.
Cleared the cache files in site.com/data/cache/jrSage.
Ran Repair.php again.
Still no control.
Tried to change Skin but it won't let me do that either.
I'm clearing some more of the cache manually

Just did the core update to 6.5.0.
Core updated fine. Now can't do the rest of the system updates. The button allows clicking but nothing happens. Tried update with individual buttons. No help.
Also, seeing log in issues. No one can log in know. The admin seems to still be logged in on my computer but unable to log in for different devices. I ran the repair.php file. It ran but same issues.

Also. Ran integrity and cleared cache, No difference.

If you hit the Update button you just get a rolling stones in the action column.
If I hit the Update for all button. I get a popup and is hangs up after two lines:
installing module update for: System Tools
installing module update for: System Tools

System Tools won't UpDate to 1.1.0

In System update the Module; System Tools will not update from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0
No issues other than it won't update.

This is odd as well, Went to change my password in the Admin panel and get this Message:
"The email address you entered is already being used by another account"
The email is correct but the System won't let me change password because of this.

I agree it is odd. Maybe this is how they look for vulnerabilities?

It's the header and footer in the Admin menu that is showing in Russian, and only in the admin menus of the Nova theme.

Seems to be only in the Nova theme. I switched to FlashBack and then to Sage and they are still in English.
I'll see if I can find the language files for the Nova admin Header and footer menus. Or can you tell me where to look.
I'm also looking at the logs for when this may have happened

Just logged into my site today as administrator and my admin menus are in Russian. Has anyone else seen this?
I tried to set the en-us but it won't change. Cleared cache as well
