Spell check issues
Using Jamroom
I have to say that I did do a little coding when I was on Ning, but never did I think I would be working in the depths of the templet codes. I am very impressed by your knowledge base you have here on Jamroom. I must confess, that I screwed up a few times, where to put that little snippet of code for the spell check and lost the editor like 3 times... but I just kept plugging away till I found the perfect little spot. And it is wonderful to have the Spellcheck and the Copy/Cut/Paste right-click back! Funny how little things excite me, LOL!
Good to know that your members are adapting. Things are so bad at Ning with slowness and server failures.
As soon as the new site is up and running, I am going to make a big fuss about it on Creators. What Paul has helped me do is take the things I liked from Ning (for community aspects like the forum and groups), and make them Jamrooms own.. and I think this will inspire a whole new bunch of people who are sick of the mess there. Even Bernard will be shocked at how well my new Jamroom site works! My beta testers did a great job of finding the issues and now it is purring like a kitten, other than the mobile issue. And they also found the site not hard to use. I am going to make some video "how to" guides, to aid in any questions.
I didn't know you kept bees. How interesting! As a child, my uncle who had a chicken egg farm, kept bees, and I became fascinated by them. My only problem is that I am deathly allergic to all insect stings/bites, so no bee keeping for me... but they are very cool! And who doesn't love honey!
