Using Jamroom

YIKES!

OK not what I expected. Let's just say that I am not gifted with uploading to the server.

I know that there used to be a place to leave requests. I just don't remember where.
I am not sure why having "share this" on top, isn't an option. That is a whole lot of hoops to jump through to get it on top, while having it on the bottom and the side is just a click away.

Hi Everyone,

I am using the share this plugin from Jamroom. It has options for the side or the bottom, but I would like it to show at the top of a discussion. Do I need to override the Jamroom option and get the code from Share this. And if I do, which templet would I put it in ( I am assuming the discussion one), and do I disable the plugin?

According to him the ISO is up to date, and this has only been happening the last 2 days. He has done the on/ off thing, too. I know that it must be something that he's got going on, since I have other members who use ipads and they are not having an issue. I am just not sure what.

He is logged in.

When I say he can't do anything, I mean he gets a box and types a post into it, and then it doesn't take. He can click on the thumbs up/down once or twice and then it won't accept it anymore.

I have asked him the questions you are asking and yes he can see his name on top. He sent me a screenshot ( i have them do this now regularly, since I find it to be far more conclusive than some vague descriptions.)

What happens is that he clears his cache, can make a comment or two, or a thumbs up/down and then he can't do anything on the site. It just won't let him, as if he is signed out.

That might be the issue, but I am not sure. I just passed this on to him, so I have to wait and see.

Hi everyone,

I have a member who is having an issue with his ipad. He is reporting that he can usually make 1 or 2 posts before the system won't let him reply, give a thumb up, or do anything other than read. I have had him dump his cache and cookies, but it hasn't worked. Have there been other reports of this, and if so, how do I help him resolve it?

Hi Michael,

It is for my site and for others to follow, since that is how we build links.

I thought I was specific. I wanted to know how to put an RSS feed (the three arches) onto a mod. What was the code to do that and do I use the the {jrCore_list}, or do I put it into the the specific mods templet.
