You probably want to add that to a template. Go to skin settings/templates. You'll be able to modify them there.

With notifications and a popular site, I would imagine 20K is very possible. If you add in a newsletter or 2, then it's even likely.

The skin has been fixed but what happens is your database already has the old settings still there. I will add a delete settings function to the skin in the next release.

Check the gallery module. There were recent updates to pending items. Make sure there is nothing turned on by default.

Yes, slides have been removed. Please take a look at the changelog for the skin you're using. The extra images were overlooked and have been removed for the next release.
