There is a variable created to switch the crop on mobile. That's where you wanna change numbers. That crop on mobile probably won't work.

It's the profile_header.tpl you'll want to play with the crop.

I'm not sure how you would do that. You would pretty much just need to edit the follow me CSS and maybe grab a few images from Audio Pro. You can change the color of the icons in the icons.tpl
That can be done in an afternoon or so.

OK I need to be clear on what's going on.
You have been running a jr site for a year?
If yes, are you just now installing the gallery module or have you been using it for a year?
Do you have any galleries on your site?
If you don't, which from the code it looks like maybe you have only one, truncate your gallery tables in the DB. There will be 2. Do you know how to do that?
