Okay, I checked FFMpeg-Binary and it says executable and green however, the activity log says this ([zonafied] Unable to execute FFMpeg binary - see attached debug output) . I contacted Godaddy and they claim everything is functioning and even updated my php version to 5.5. After reinstalling the core the ffmpeg is still green but the error is still in the activity log. Should I scrub this install and start over again? FTP is set to binary in Filezilla. Thank you again.....

Thank you everyone for the response. I ran the performance check as suggested and all comes up green except for a couple like foxycart which I have not configured yet. Score was 902 and says Jamroom should work excellent on this server. I deleted the audio and re-uploaded the tracks and the images now appear but the audio is still processing. Checked permissions and even re-installed the site with a new install. I've been waiting to see what happens so I had my son create an account and we are getting the same issue. I will check out the jamroom hosting but I do own my own dedicated server but was trying to off load the maintenance on Godaddy. Any ideas? Here is the Jamroom site that does work http://planetimc.com the site i'm having issues with is http://azmetromusic.com. I am willing to create an admin account for you to take a look if you like. Again, thank you guys.

I just installed and reinstalled jamroom on a Godaddy server as I have done with my other site however, this site which uses the beatslinger skin has been processing audio for a couple of days now. Checked all systems and reinstalled all modules green across the board. Any suggestions please?

Error says; You have not subscribed to any Release Channels - no updates or installs can be provided.

You can activate a Release Channel from the Release Channels tool. This happened after I upgraded to Jamroom 6. ffmpeg stopped working. Tried reinstalling everything but to no avail. Will someone lead me in the rite direction please?

Thank you for your response. I will mark this as solved for the centos system did not have imagemagick installed. Once installed I was able to update Jamroom.

I moved my Jamroom installation to a new server using Centos 6 linux now I can not update any modules. Can someone point me in the rite direction to fix it?

Artist not showing up

It appears i'm an idiot. I figured it out. Artist ids are the actual artist_quota and member id is fan_quota and songs are the url number for the track. Got it now.

Thanks Paul, however, I have tried all settings in the nova skin and still no joy. new members have stated that they cannot see their profiles unless the are in the account settings mode. Is it possible the nova skin didn't install properly? After removing all IDs, everything shows up. Artist and fans administrator all listed as artist.

I figured after spending a lot of money for most of the bells and whistles, this thing would work. After switching through the different skins, I have only been able to get artist to fully show up with the default template. Nova skin is not functioning properly and fan shows up as artist, featured, top artist and other artist not showing at all. Now what? Spend more money? I've tried every setting and same issue.
