No background images when using the custom setting in profile. Was there but after update no images. Using the celebrity skin on site www.planetimc.com. I see that you are working on the issue. Just so you know the images flash on the screen as the profile is loading and then goes white. Profile is there but no images. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Nothing works past the home screen 📺 says template error for mobile.
Error invalid template profile_menu_mobile.tpl, or template directory:JrCelebrity

I am also having issues with the iskin 4 and celebrity mobile template. You can see it here at www.planetimc.com. It works perfect 👌🏿 on desktop and smart tv 📺 but mobile malfunctions. Reinstalled skin but no joy. Any tips? Thank you 😊 in advance.

I would like to thank everyone for their help with this issue. It came down to being a corrupt installation. Purged the site and reinstalled. Everything is perfect 👌🏿 now. I will mark this as solved. Again, thank you 😊 all!

Thank you Paul however, the techs at Godaddy are not too helpful they cannot find /usr/bin/ffmpeg. tried /modules/jrCore/tools and the permission is 0755 but the error continues.

After extensive research I found this: The ffmpeg binary: /usr/bin/ffmpeg is not executable! Set permissions on the file to 755 or 555. Now my problem is finding the file. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
