PLEASE edit your post. This is what it looks like in my browser - Firefox. There's so much of it that even zoomed out 4x I can't see it all. And it takes FOREVER to load and there's something that's not getting parsed properly and it's leaking out to where it shouldn't be.
If you have a big code dump, please arrange to send it privately to an admin as there is NO WAY this is useful to anyone in this format.

It's there - it's called "Browse User Accounts". Since the User module provides an "override" for the core browser it has it's own name. I was looking right at it and did not see it.

This is not the same as the datastore browser.

I updated the module and there is no longer a DataStore browser link in the Developer Tools > Tools menu and the link to Database Admin does take you to the adminer page.

I have no idea. It happens on more members than just Potomac.
Even if Ben is the only member the  appears for (and I don't think this is the case) the missing paragraphs in the quote are just as much of an issue.

I can confirm that in the Hover Admin Menu there is a Datastore Browser item above the Database Admin item in Developer Tools > Tools.

Please note another phenomenon, which is that the paragraph break is missing. If I were to reply to this with multiple paragraphs, my reply would be missing them, too. If I cut and paste (into a plain text Text Edit window, for example) to strip formatting and then insert the paragraph breaks, the comment formats properly.

The emphasis on the A was added by me to make it more visible. It's normally formatted text in the quote.

Sometimes I cut and paste and get the See More .... which I usually edit out by hand as I am cutting and pasting within a forum on TheChocolateLife and adding that URL makes no sense.
Nope, I am getting the characters when I use the Quote balloon. Let me screenshot an example for you.
