Thanks Brian- thats getting outside my comfort zone.
I thought I had another solution which was
1=back up the tinymce folder on my desktop
2- Update system core
3-reinstall the tinymce folder from back up into the core
But that did not work and i cannot understand why?
My thoughts are that there will be very few updates to tinymce in updates so this could be a work around with each core update...

The issue may be in the way the pages are created...when i create a new page I just type the url in the browser ie: www.mysite.com/new_page then select the button that says something like " This page does not exist-click this button to create this page"
I wonder if the search index settings are not configured to index these pages made in this manner?

I have tried the rebuild button and let it run all night ( not a very large site) still its not indexing those pages...
Any thoughts?

Yes they are in the tinymce>plugins folder
My thought was that when an update came they would be ok because for example
they have their own folders like "plugins>spellcheck" or" plugins>googlemaps"-my thought was because the new updates didn't have folders with these names that they would be fine ( and left untouched) but now I am thinking the update process replaces the entire tinymce folder.. any ideas how to keep getting updates without losing the tinymce plugins i purchased?

Thanks Paul- I have it configured now. A problem i am seeing is that when i use a widget to embed the form, some of the fields are missing...for instance the STATUS does not show up and the UPLOAD FILE does not show up? If I go to the ACP and find the form to edit- then click the link- it takes me to a webpage version that is working properly- but the widget version is missing the fields?
for instance if you go here http://roughneckcity.com/form/contact_roughneck_city you can see the form displayed properly- but if you see the attachment you will see a screenshot of what is actually being displayed in the page widget

I am selecting the same form in the widget as what is displayed on the full page
