Been configuring this foxycart all day, not choosing to work
Error meesage when I add to cart: When adding a downloadable product to your cart, you must specify a downloadable product code.
What should I do please?

I am on Arvixe business plan, And it seems they cannot allow up to 10 people connect to my site at a time. And it's supposed to be the better plan. I have optimized my databases and more, still no changes. Please help
