Blog - Images not showing up on Blog Tab

Ok I get it . I am used to it adding itself and it worked great. So the readmore link down bottom right....Is there any way of getting it RIGHT AFTER THE CUT OFF TEXT?

Also is there anyway of capping ( say 250 words ) what is shown on the BLOG page then adding a read more?
I know JCE does this

EDIT : I just took the pagebreak out and refreshed and now the read more doesn't show.
Not really intuitive ?
And how would I add the image to display on the blog page?

Hmm ok so how do Artists/Band members etc know how to do that ie- insert page break, unless they are tech savvy?
And I added a page break but there is no indication anywhere that there is more to read when you reload the blog page. Yeah it shrinks it down to what I want but shouldn't any tinymce etc put a read more in?
People will have to work out to click the title which isn't user friendly?

Running a test in jr 5.1.4
I posted some text and an image in a test user blog.
When I go to that profile it just displays the text (huge) with no image?

I have to click on the title on the blog page to display the page with the image???
Is this right?

Seems as though it is sort of backwards.
The blog ( when you click on blog ) should display what you want to show.

You don't want to make users click another area to get an image ( And no-one will )

Shouldn't it be like a 250 word limit on the blog page with the image then a READ MORE button or something?

If you look at my screen shots you will see the order is correct.

I added them concurrently.
So why are the standard fields ( ie Privacy Policy and influences ) getting jumbled?

Just a heads up. I added 17 new fields in total for the social icons.
What would be good is for the existing fields always to stay above your custom fields.

No thats not it
I have my custom fields and have pressed UP on each one.
The field order is fine for the SOCIAL ICONS.
The problem is that the PROFILE PRIVACY ( which is standard) Is throwing itself between my new fields
See attached for an example

I can provide logins to the server if needed

Ok seems I have a problem.
I added all the fields but the existing fields are getting mixed up with my new fields?
The PROFILE PRIVACY is throwing itself in between my 2nd and 4th field.
And the PROFILE QUOTA is throwing itself between 6th and 8th field.

How do I move them up top as I want my social icon area to be all together?
This is strange that it throws these things there.
Any help?

Or is this just what the Admins see?

EDIT: No This is what the artist sees as well ( Minus the QUOTA field )
Profile Privacy shows above Facebook field for some reason.
