I don't know whats going on. Seems like ShareThis wont let me post as the page in that account for some reason.

I have another page I manage and it says POST AS PAGE beside the drop down when I select that one
but when I click the drop down and change to PunkBand Promotions it say post as yourself and I can't change it??

Edit: Tried posting something as the account that says POST AS PAGE and that worked fine.
So I have no idea why the other one ( Which I need ) won't post correctly

Yep did all that still posted as my user and not as PunkBand Promotion
Found this but it seems like thats not right as we do it now on our current joomla site as JR is being built

If we want to let our Facebook friends know whats happening at the site it was alays simple. We could share it straight to the facebook page as PunkBand Promotions. Not my FB User account.
Creating an account with that name will still not post as PunkBand Promotions so hence my problem.

So I missed the drop down on the facebook share screen top left.
I chose: share on a page you manage

Shame you can't post as the manager though. It says :
Shared by me the facebook owner not the page manager
Or does anyone know a way around this?

I want to post as the page ( PunkBandPromotion ) Not me (ismadman)
And the post goes into the section on the page that says: Recent Posts by Others on PunkBand Promotions
I dont want it as another user

Seems as though the share this module only saves to a facebook users profile?
If I try to share something on my site, to a page I am an admin of and logged into facebook as a page manager it says I have to switch to my facebook user account?
Is this right as we have a module on our current site ( joomla ) that lets us share direct to the page.

Any ideas on how an admin would let people see our shared stuff from our JR site to a our sites facebook page?

Yeah we are building on a subdomain. Won't be an issue by the sounds of it once we move it to a main.
And no, My browser cache gets cleaned regularly as I am doing styling work and it is there with cache cleaned or not.
Never seen this before on any site. hey , I'm logged in but the whos online says I am not??

Don't know if anyone else has come across this problem but even if I am logged in and go to my homepage the Whos Online area says
Log In
Create Account

If I click on log in, in that section, it takes me to my profile page.
once I go back to the homepage the Whos Online section displays correctly.

Is this a bug?
