Since we approve members, hopefully we have not admitted a spammer but they do sneak in. If they do spam, members send me a message and I ban them.

We use our internal messaging a LOT.

Thanks Strumelia... My content from 2.0 got so messed up when I moved to 3.0 that I ended up getting rid of over 40 groups cause no one could figure out how to use the groups.

And when we moved, our images moved with us, BUT the links became broken and search engines kept giving us warning messages. So starting from scratch is probably for the best anyway.
