Unable to delete image in Image Gallery

Ning To Jamroom

Had someone create an account and add a new gallery. It was a spam account.
I have deleted the user and the profile, but am unable to delete the Gallery or image (see attached image)

Have refreshed catches, etc, several times... but to no avail.

Any advice?

I used a normal "Buy it Now" button.

Anyway, I've used a different website were I can just copy and paste with no hassle.

I have set those permissions but to no avail. The form gets corrupted each time.

What you saw are the remnants of broken code.
