Yes, I can see the Tag Cloud on the system OK ( https://www.anysite.mock/tags), but would like it to show on the Home page - as in the demo. There Tag Cloud is showing on the Home page; how can I show this using the Ningja template?

Based on the procedure for adding the Tag Cloud in a template, I can't see how that would help if the template itself is not available to me?
My question to Michael was I don't see

I do not have the template "item_details.tpl" as stated in the documentation; only "item_lists.tpl - is this the same template, by a different name?
Also not clear where exactly in the template, or if other text needs to surround it - as in {if... etc}.

Can anyone advise me why the Tag Cloud does not appear anywhere on my site even though it is active and configured to show on every quota?

What else needs to be done..? I cannot find any help in the documentation :(

No, not set to private.. I had to approve group twice before the group showed.
Another problem is that the comment wall, although present, cannot be used.
Sometimes they show but not always. I think they are OK at present. Very Wierd!!!
I sort one thing out then another problem seems to occur. The drop-down menu is not working in iPad at present, although it was a few miniutes ago. I know this has been a problem in the past, but assumed it was sorted out.

Groups created by users are not visible to users only to admins - even though they are neither private nor awaiting approval.

Which points to http://regal-network.com, rather than to http://regal-network.com/bible_newberry

Yes - I know about releasing the licences... that is not the problem.

I currently only have ONE Jamroom site - which is at http://regal-network.com/bible_newberry/

Which is running fine. No problem there. The problem is that on the Jamroom licence page it is showing as http://regal-network.com/ncnorg/, a directory and website that does not exist.

If I realise the licences from the Jamroom release licences page, they release them from the existing website ( http://regal-network.com/bible_newberry), which obviously I do not want to do.

Groups - Page not found!

Paul,
When I first created the group/s (before importing Ning archive) the links automatically created for the groups led to a "Not Found" page.
I then ran an integrity check, after which the links to the groups I had created disappeared.
I then installed the Ning Archive and the groups reappeared with the new groups created from the Ning archive import.
So all is now OK.
