Using Jamroom

I would like to add a scroll bar to the "Older Posts" (blogs) template in Site Builder for Ninja.

If so, how can I do this, as I'm not seeing the word "Blog" in the skin language?

By the way, if you where thinking of developing a Spotify module that would be amazing!
Most modern audio equipment is Spotify enabled, and is available with Google Home and Chrome Cast (Smart TVs) devices, as well as Amazon Echo devices, Roberts Radios, etc.
Spotify is huge and a market leader in streaming music and audio (pod casts, radio). It's everywhere now!

Moving to Jamroom Server

The Jamroom site I have in mind is at - https://talkings-points.net. However, I have other domains hosted in subdirectories at talking-points.net, and also I another Jamroom site in a subdirectory. I imagine, from what you have said (above) that it would not be possible to include/host those domains on the same Jamroom server.

You can see by the attached image why I'm seriously considering moving to a Jamroom server, but need more advice.
I have two hosting packages with Arvixe ( https://www.arvixe.com/), one that I use for my Jamroom sites.
Can I move these to a Jamroom server without loosing content, especially my Jamroom sites?
How long will the process take?
Plus lots of other questions...

I have tried embedding iFrame content (videos) into blogs, groups, forum, etc. but for some reason they seem to disappear when posting or saving the content.
