Unable to go to next page

Ning To Jamroom

Douglas,

I have accessed the file "data/config/config.php", which has the following info.

$_conf['jrCore_db_host'] = 'localhost';
$_conf['jrCore_db_port'] = '3306';
$_conf['jrCore_db_name'] = 'cl39-france';
$_conf['jrCore_db_user'] = 'cl39-france';
$_conf['jrCore_db_pass'] = '[my password]';
$_conf['jrCore_base_url'] = 'http://regal-network.com/france';

I am assuming this is correct, but not sure where to go form here.

Unable to go to next page

douglas:
Hello,

The reason is because the next page button is not getting the correct URL, it is missing the france/ part of the URL..

The next page button URL:
http://regal-network.com/group/p=2

Should be:

http://regal-network.com/france/group/p=2

Check your data/config/config.php file and make sure the

$_conf['jrCore_base_url'] =

has the correct URL.

Hope this helps!

Thank you Douglas. Yes, I see this now. I'll look into this. Thanks again.

Unable to go to next page

Ning To Jamroom

I'm seeing a server error each time I attempt to go to a "next page" on our site.
This only occurred since last core and module updates.
I've done the usual resets, but to no avail. This occurs on every "next page" on the site.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex

Comments and Biog not showing on members page

Ning To Jamroom

Thank you... You're a gem Paul...
I'm not sure how I selected that option? and clearly had no idea how such would change the profiles.
Again, thank you!!!

Comments and Biog not showing on members page

michael:
I see the "Full Member" quota is allowed to comment on things.

Simply put, the 59 Full Membership profiles are not showing comments or biogs.
Whereas the 104 Trail Membership profiles are.

I'm at a lost as to why, as this seems to have suddenly occurred.

Strumelia:
Alexander, have you had a look at your Quota Compare tool chart yet? It should be at:
yoursite.com/profile/quota_compare

Yes, which confirms that the said configuring I've set is correct.

Comments and Biog not showing on members page

Ning To Jamroom

Please can you assist me?
I have two quotas (Trial and Full Membership).
On the Trial Membership quota the comments box and member's biog are both visible on the member's profile page (as expected).
On the Full Membership quota (that allows comments and a biog section, neither are visible.
I'm baffled, and cannot see why these are not showing on the Full Membership profiles. The Full Membership quota should have these showing as per quota allowance.
Please see attached images
Any insights why?
Many thanks,
Alex
