Unable to FTP your software to my hosting

Using Jamroom

michael:
not sure how well jamroom will work in a sub-directory, but the site is there:
http://regal-network.com/revelation/install.php

Yes, I know but it won't launch, so maybe I should move it to the main directory.

Unable to FTP your software to my hosting

Using Jamroom

michael:
what paul said, you cant use FTP, change to SFTP, your server does not allow FTP.

Not sure if that is a software error, as the only means of uploading to our web host is via FTP. Never had any issues previously.

But as already stated, "I still cannot initiate the install file, as it takes me the my home directory instead of the directory that I uploaded the file to when I try to install the software." I have contacted our hosting company (Heart Internet UK) about this matter and they suggested I contact the programme developer - "There is not an " install.php " inside your public_html folder. I would advise you to contact your developer to further review this for you."

2tunes:
the error is right in front of you, you have reached the maximum number of users logged in

who is your hosting service? I've worked with most of them over my 30 years working with the web
which control panel does your hosting service provide you? Plesk, cPanel or
the more I know the better I can assist

Apparently it is an issue with FileZilla. My Hosting company says that they have done tests and that everything is fine their end. I finally managed to upload all the file - after many, many hours, and continually requeing failed file uploads. Nevertheless, I still cannot initiate the install file, as it takes me the my home directory instead of the directory that I uploaded the file to when I try to install the software.

Unable to FTP your software to my hosting

Using Jamroom

Hello,
I have been attempting to upload your software programme via FTP to my hosting website, but unsuccessfully. I have tried different FTP clients, but all of them encounter problems when uploading. My hosting support has said that there are no issues their end.
Apart from purchasing hosting from Jamroom, is there any other method which I can use?

Thank you,
Alex

Not sure if we've been here before, but is it possible to restore member accounts after deleting them?

Many thanks,

System Updates remain after installing

Ning To Jamroom

The System Core is 5.3.0.
I am still getting the problem after installing updates, they just won't go away from the system update page - marketplace/system_update.
This occurs with the Beta Channel on and with it off.

I think it could possibly be a browser problem, as the updates are not showing (after installation) in Safari on Mac iOS (iPad) but do on my Mac Pro.
