Groups not showing on Ninja Skin (Site Builder)

Using Jamroom

The group I added was showing yesterday when I clicked the link "show all" on "Top Groups" from the front page, but not today after doing an integrity check. I tried adding a group widget again to the front page (Site Builder), but I cannot see a widget for Top Groups or Groups in the Widget list.
Any advice?

Sorry to trouble you yet again, but I am testing out our Jamroom site and I have now added a group (Ninja Skin). However, it is not showing up on the front page under "top groups"; which I believe it is meant to.
I have reset caches numerous times and done an integrity check, but to no avail.

Also on another topic, are discussions and forum posts the same? Please see image.

The key is correct, as it was copied pasted. Maybe I'll try to get a new one - it is such a hassle trying to get one.

@Paul. I had previously set up these subscriptions, so I am assuming the quotas will be available to each new member at the end of the trial period.
Will members with a free trial membership be able to renew with another free trial?
If yes, how can I set it up to automatically terminate their membership subscription if they do not upgrade to another subscription? Thank you.

My question is - how do new members sign up to subscriptions in the first place? There doesn't appear to be any option when a new member signs up to be able to pick a membership category (user quota). There is no option available on the create account screen. So how can I change this in order to add the membership categories?

I have set up some subscriptions, but cannot see a way of allocating the subscriptions to user quotas. I was hoping that this would be enabled automatically when new members join.
Can anyone please help with this. Thank you.
