OK you’re really helpful...
I managed to get into the server myself but haven’t got much idea from there on...
I’ll send those details first thing in the morning....
Thanks again,
Alex
Sadly the system doesn’t recognised my email “ An account with that email address or user name was not found - please try again”.
I’ll try the work around that you suggested, if I can.
I can't get into my network as the main admin. The account has disappeared!?
Can you (Support) used another member's account to access my network and get to the restore function to recover the account?
If you can please let me know.
The site is http://talking-points.net/talkingpoints
Thank you

Is the Soundcloud module still available? I see that it is no longer in the module list.
I realise that Soundcloud is no longer providing APIs for their platform, but I already have APIs for this.
Thank you for your help.

Try now. When I released talking-points.net/jamroom talking-points.net/talkingpoints got released too. The license should return when you start to use/create the site.
Strumelia:
I don't think they ever even created a download/archiving tool for Ning3 sites... only the old ning2 sites had it, and yes Ning no longer supports the tool- it's very unstable if it even works at all anymore. If you can pull a newish ning archive you are lucky.
I just forget how to do it... I have the archives saved on my computer. Worked fine! Thanks.
I'm unable to delete licences for two sites I no longer use. I am getting this error message each time - "Invalid license id - please try again (2)". This same problem occurred on previous occasions.
The sites I want to delete are "regal-network.com/nocon" and " talking-points.net/jamroom"
I need to release the licences from those older sites so that I can use it on this new site (talking-points.net/talkingpoints).
