This has only started happening in the past couple of months or so. It has not effected OLDER follows in the lists, only 'follows' that were more recently created.
It does not happen all the time, or to all members. It's not something only happening to or only visible by Admins... other members are experiencing it here and there.
I see it occurring in my followers page of my profile "Forums" which i use to house the site forums... however it's NOT occurring in my master admin Strumelia profile.
Also, it only occurs in the /follow page of any of these profiles, it does NOT occur in their /follow/following pages.
But it's causing a problem because a regular member has reported that when they saw it, they clicked on ONE of the twin items to delete the duplicate, and the action deletes BOTH instances of the follower.
It's understandable to try to delete one of the two twins, but doing that deletes them BOTH.

- At first I thought it only happened to me maybe because I have more than one profile. But no, regular members who are limited to only one profile are experiencing it lately. It occurs seemingly randomly. When I look at the html source code for the page, I can see the code listing those certain followers and their avatars twice.
Let me give a few screenshots to help clarify....

Michael, recent events made me determined to take another attempt at 1) first briefly reviewing my very old basic html knowledge, and then more importantly 2) attempting to learn 'CSS for beginners' type tutorials. Up til now I've managed to guess and stumble my way through some of the CSS tweaks I've needed to make for my JR sites. That's been variously successful..L O L. It's SO hard to find the extra time, but I really need to force myself at least devote 15 or 20 minutes a day to learning a few basic CSS things. Will be making a slow but determined effort to actually learn very basic CSS. But the Smarty thing would come much later I think. I was just kinda curious about the () thing. Thanks! I will 'butt out' of PJ's thread now.

OMG, that's right!! Now I remember- it was so non-intuitive, I just keep clicking the note, the popup never happened because I never 'hoooooovered' long enough. L O L Thank you it was driving me crazy trying to figure it out.... AGAIN.

self- explanatory title. I remember long ago I asked the same question and it turned out to be something I never would have thought of. Now I can't remember again. How can I read these Admin Notes I had put alongside banned items? D'OH !

Zach did you look in your jrComments module settings? You might see this:
