error loading media url

i know i had this issue before..a year or 2 ago
i believe its a litespeed setting or php
maybe fast-cgi vs some other handler
i really cant remember
but it happens on uploaded videos like this

1 advantage of running betas on such a huge site i do find alotta the bugs

didn't even see that tiill just now but when i click it (with max rows/collums) the bottom rows cut off
it doesnt scale to the screen well
if autorefresh is on it also kicks it out of fullscreen (maybe by design?)

note had to restart the db after a too many connections error while runn8ing integrity check (cause images were uploaded and showed as default photo)
that bug fixed with update however
but restarting the db is why the ram use is so low now
usualy stays round 70%

also data/media is on a completely seperate (2 or 4 tb i forget) drive
and cleared image cache as well which is on the ssd
and its 3 am so thats why all the numbers are a bit off from typical

a user was trying for 4 days to post a forum discussion and couldnt, i te4sted it in emulator (i have no phone)) and verified what he sees
the div containing the create new topic and cancle button flashes up, then disapears
leavving no way to post your discussion
upgraded core (beta0 downgraded forum
cleared cache and ran integrity checks

nothing
might try downgrading forum 1 more version

id have to start using the admin skin but thats an elegant solution..brilliant

would be a big project but, 1 really worthwhile
have a test environment module that alows you to work on skin updates or creation, design alterations, layput changes etc etc in a test environment either as a /test/ folder or test.domain subdomain (but still uses live sites /data/ to avoid unnecessary data duplication) that way you can work on an entire site redesign is a simulated live environment, then simply publish it as a skin and mark it active. i know you have a whole developer thing for how to do it on your pc then publish it through ssh, but it would be alot more user friendly to simply have a shadow copy in a test environment to work on within the admin site and publish from there'

ive tried every combo of settings but defaultused to always wqork

upgraded my server again (needed more ram performance scores roughly 4700+)
but new servers not sending emails on any of my 3 jr sites!
ive tried internal (whats it use sendmail? i'm wondering if somethings not installed ..and should be checked in system check) and external smtp
been trying for days
admins say test mails sent by script or command line are working through smtp
should the email id be the fiull email?
old server worked on internal just fine
so what might not be installed or configured that would prevent internal from working
