Installation and Configuration

can't yet be certain, but i believe the newest jrimage is not properly deleting cached images even when you use clear image cache
i am manually deleting everything inside data/cache just to see if thats the case

it is safe to delete old module versions...right?

Installation and Configuration

i deleted all but 2 latest cores and it made no diference
for some reason its now using up way way way more disk space then it had before
i have a feeling it might be something in the images module beta
clearing image cache did not seem to help
something is just using up all my disk space
it says i am using 449 gigs for my site!
that is not including the media thats on a seperate media drive
i'm going to keep digging till i figure it out, manually deleting image cache through ftp
using ftp to verify that the media is still properly being stored on the media disk..etc
all i know is its using 2-3 times as much space as it was not long ago

Installation and Configuration

old sitebuilder construction kit missing

Using Jamroom

that is mostly true however there were some structural changes that make fixing it solely with css not an easy option

i just took on a big upgrade project for a freinds site so i can Afford this
NIKON P900 Zoom Quality test v Telescopes THE COMPETITION Its a NO brainer
as soon as i got that done i will try again to manage a sb/ningja upgrade

another weird linking bug (beta)

Installation and Configuration

i got a email notice that someone liked a comment i made
the link was this
https://www.dreadlockssite.com/soaring-eagle/comment/421841
it took me to a single comment disconnected from anything, but with a link to where the comment was posted
however the link was this
https://www.dreadlockssite.com/soaring-eagle/youtube/1879/neglect-dreadlock-timeline-1-65-months

but should have been this
https://www.dreadlockssite.com/roaritskatarina/youtube/1879/neglect-dreadlock-timeline-1-65-months

notice it used the wrong username, the name of the commentor (me) not the video poster

Installation and Configuration

another possible bug i think i just found...maybe
typically the image cache ran about 85-120 gigs and stayed there
i have however noticed since recent updates it climbs and climbs using up more and more disk space, its as if its caching multiple copies of the same images

i have it set to 30 days
my sitemap crawler runs every 4 days so should move every single image into cache in that 4 days and keep them there
today though it seems like theres 3 times as many images in cAche as there ever was, my disk use is climbing towards max
and i am going to have to clear image cache for the 1st time in a long time

yea it had cached over 3 million images and i know for a fact that thats way over how many it should be
will clear, and monitor over the next week and report back
