Welcome to the forums! It sounds like email might not be working from your server. Try this:

- log in and go to your ACP
- click on "Communication" -> "Email Support"
- click the "Test Email" tab and try sending yourself an email

If you don't get it, then email is not configured properly on your server, or your server IP or domain have been blacklisted, OR you do not have a valid SPF or DKIM record for your domain in your DNS settings.

If you suspect that, load this site up:

https://www.mail-tester.com/

and try sending the email to the address it shows you instead - that will catch a lot of issues.
