modules not working in system check

Installation and Configuration

This is fixed now - I reloaded the System Tools module from the Marketplace -> Tools -> Reload Modules and Skins section. My guess is that your old hosting provider modified the binaries in some way to prevent them from running, and so when they were pulled over during the import they would no longer run. Reloading it has it fixed up.

Let me know if that helps.

Internal Jamroom Ads Manager

Suggestions

PatriaCo:
I seem to remember (in a former Jamroom life) that an internal ads manager existed. Has anyone ever considered creating an Ads Manager module?

If this is something you're looking for you might consider sponsoring it's development.

You should not see any of this on Jamroom hosting - please open a ticket with your admin login info:

and I will check it out.

Thanks!

No section to add email aliases?

Jamroom Hosting

hello77957:
Thanks Brian, hadn't realised there was more to do at the mailgun end first.

I'm getting there....slowly

No problem - I see you got the right mailgun API key in place, and have created some aliases, so you should be set.

Thanks!

No section to add email aliases?

Jamroom Hosting

The Mailgun Key you have entered is incorrect - that's why you're not seeing the aliases. Log in to your Mailgun account and make sure you've entered the correct MailGun Private API key in your server settings section.

If you are not sure where to find it let us know in a ticket and we can help.

Thanks!

Database issues?

Using Jamroom

There's no such thing as "unlimited space" - the host that your site is on has run out of disk space if you're seeing that MySQL error, so you'll need to contact your hosting provider - they will need to get that working for you. MySQL has to have a certain amount of free space for it to work in or it just won't function right.

Database issues?

Using Jamroom

It sounds like your server has run out of disk space - contact your current hosting provider and see if they can give you a bit more disk space, or find something you can delete. If all you have is JR, log in via FTP and delete all files in:

data/cache/jrCore
data/cache/ActiveSkin (the directory or your active skin).

Then see if you can log in - if you can, disable caching (ACP -> Developer -> Developer Tools -> Global Config -> Run in Developer Mode. This will prevent caching and prevent extra space from being used.

Let me know if that helps.

CRM / Customer Relation Management Integration / Module with Jamroom

Jamroom Developers

EMGPOWERED:
Thanks Brian. can you clarify how to use the newsletter module in conjunction with the support ticket module?

It just allows you to target by quota_id or other profile/user_id info -you can then target only users that have support ticket access (i.e. premium customers).
