Also - I'm going to contact you via Support Ticket about moving your sites to a new hosting server - you're on one of our older servers and we have newer, faster servers we've been slowly moving our hosting customers over to - so be looking for that.

That's OK - I'm going to be updating it so it checks for that before the move - right now it DOES catch it but it's a couple steps in so I have to reset some things so we can try it again. Working on it.

OK yeah it looks like that domain already existed on the server so that messed it up.

So to be clear - you want "chef-boutonne.net" changed to "mission-poitou-charentes.com" ?

Yes - as long as the domain you are changing it to does not already exist on the server - that's all you need to do.

If you run in to any issues open a ticket and I can check it out.

I'm not sure what you mean - do you just mean changing the domain name? For example - I have "site1.com" that I want to move to domain "site2.com". You can do this via the "Change Domain Name" tool in the domain settings.

Note that we have tools to transfer a domain from one server to another server in your account as well.

Let me know if that helps or I am not understanding the issue.

Those a prepackaged Linux binaries that are part of the System Tools module - I would reload that module from the Core -> Marketplace -> Tools -> Reload Modules or Skins tool as they may have been compromised.

Jamroom 5 and newer does not use a index.php file - just copy the modules/jrCore/root/.htaccess file in to your main directory - that uses mod_rewrite to handle the routing. If you cannot see the file it will be a "hidden" file so you may need to enable showing hidden files in your SFTP client.

Also you need to make sure mod_rewrite is enabled in your Apache install.
