How do i use the Premium support I purchased? I would like to write without everyone else seeing what I have written-Thanks

If you click on the "Support" option in the upper right, in the drop down menu of choices you will see a "Support Tickets" link - click there to enter the support ticket section. Click on "Create New Ticket" to open a new ticket.

From within the Support Center module on YOUR site it should work - just make sure you are logged in to Jamroom.net here in the same browser.
